1. Booking & Process

How do I find the right holiday home? You have two easy options: Use our interactive map on the homepage or use the search filters for specific dates and features like "pool".

What is the booking process? After your inquiry and our check with the owner, you will receive a confirmation. A 25% deposit is due immediately, and the balance 21 days before arrival. You will then receive your voucher and arrival details.
2. Arrival & Stay

How does the key handover work? No waiting in line at an office. We meet you directly at the house or arrange a secure spot for the key. Please call us one hour before arrival so we can welcome you personally.

Who is my local contact? Our team is available on-site. We speak English, German, and French and are happy to help with house-related questions or local tips.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in from 4:00 PM, Check-out by 10:00 AM.
3. Equipment & Costs

Bed linen: Provided and beds are freshly made upon arrival.

Final cleaning: Professional cleaning is mandatory. The fee is paid locally. Please leave the house "broom-clean".

Local Costs:

Security Deposit: Paid on arrival (refunded via bank transfer).

Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour): Per adult/day.

Note: Local payments (cleaning/tax) must be made in cash to the service providers.

4. Special Requests & Cancellations

Dogs: Welcome in many properties (check the description). Please register your dog during booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.

Cancellations: Must be made in writing. Fees apply according to our GTC. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
