Description

In the heart of the authentic fishing village of L'Herbe on the Cap Ferret peninsula, this newly built chalet in a typical fisherman's house style is just a few steps away from beautiful bay beaches (always water). In the village there is a restaurant and numerous oyster tastings in 1st line on the bay. The village atmosphere is very relaxed with no traffic (only residents free).

The chalet has a wooden terrace without vis-à-vis, dining table, benches, deck chairs and plancha.

Main living area 1st floor with living room, dining area, integrated kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, shower room and toilet.

1 separate bedroom (access from the terrace) with double bed 1.60m, private shower room and toilet. On the ground floor 1 studio with double bed 1.40m shower room and toilet.

Outdoor shower. 1 parking space (carport usual car height).
