Spacious family villa with a large, well-maintained and idyllic garden and terrace, within walking distance of the ocean and bay beaches.
The house offers 200 m² of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Large and very comfortable living area with a sofa corner, dining table, Wi-Fi, TV, and direct access to the large partially covered terrace. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table and access to the terrace.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with a private shower room + toilet and direct access to the terrace and garden. There is also a second double bedroom, one supplementary shower room, and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (twin), and one bedroom with two single beds plus a small extra bed. Shower room and separate WC.

The house is lovingly and furnished and offers everything one can search for.
Plenty of terrace furniture, outdoor dining table, and parking spaces on the property.
