Beautiful grounds and quiet location overlooking the Golf, swimming pool with large wooden terrace and upper terrace with dining table. The house is simple and comfortable with a sitting area, Wifi, a dining table and an integrated kitchen. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one with double bed 1.40m and 1x 2 single beds, bathroom and separate WC. Stairs (without railings) to the mezzanine (not suitable for younger children) with a small sofa and 1 additional closed bedroom with a double bed and integrated private shower area.

Parking on the ground, garden furniture.
