Renovated Landaiser house with heated saltwater pool and very spacious terraces and well-kept grounds in a quiet location in the Claouey-Cap Ferret peninsula. The bay beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The house has a large living room with an integrated kitchen, sofa corner and TV, dining table, shower room, separate toilet and fitness room.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one extra space with a single bed accessible from the double bedroom only:

A parental suite with a 1.60m double bed, TV and private shower room, 1 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed and adjoining children's bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with a single bed (kids sice 0,80m).

A wooden garden house with private terrace, studio like living space with sofa bed 1.
